Income tax prectice as an advocate after retirement from govt service

Sir,
I was working as a Senior Auditor in a U.P.Govt department.After completing 60 years of age I have been retired.My educational qualification is M.Com,LLB(Academic).Now I am interested in income tax practice as a lawyer.
So you are requested to please let me know whether I am entitle for practice or not,because I have two years LLB (academic) degree.

You can not be enrolled as an advocate as you are not having professional degree but an academic degree.
