Provision for future care of disabled child

(Querist) 15 February 2014 This query is : Resolved
Only child of parents is diagnosed presently to have mental illness.

If the child is not able to be cured before the lifetime of parents, the child may not be able to self-manage.

In such case, especially if no family member or friend is volunteering to act as a trustee, please advise best legal option available to parents,to make provisions now itself,to take care of the child and property for future(after lifetime of both the parents).

To me the query is not resolved.
Since I have joined this group only recently,I do not know whether the same query was asked earlier.
I shall be thankful if the answer to the query is repeated for my information please.
Thanks very much.

Yes, but that is to be done instantly.
