Dear All,
Please help me, my husband file a petition on his native place , but i am last two month live im my mother home in Mumbai City. i don't want to go his native place at any cost. So can i possible transfer the this case in Mumbai city . & i have a plan to file D.V Case so after this can i file D.V case in mumbai city .right now i am NOT choose any advocate.We have plan to file next week d.v case.
So please tell me how to transfer this case in Mumbai city.

whether native place of your husband is in maharashtra . in such a case you have to move bombay high court for transfer of case . if husband native place is in another case you have to move SC

Yes, you can file DV case from Mumbai also.
For transfer of case you have to file petition in high court if places are in same state or in supreme court if those are different.

Agree, you can file DV case at Mumbai. For transfer of case you should approach high court or Supreme Court as advised by the experts.
What type of petition has been filed by your husband? Your lawyer can represent you for the time being till the decision of transfer of case is finalized.

Mr.Rajendra Goyal ji,
I don't know what petition file for my husband in native place. My Husband inform to Mumbai counseling cell " i am not possible to come Mumbai & i am file my petition file to native place court.
In last month when i come to Mumbai i am file a application to Mumbai Head office for Woman counseling cell , then he send a letter to my husband . but now he don;t want to come for counselling.
Actually last 7 years i am only enduring for all about my son. they all of me treat as a servant & not given foods also for eating .But now i am deciding to fight against my husband & his family.
I don;t have any strong family support from my side. In my family Only mother & small brother.But one of friends help to me about this matter.Also i need expert advice time to time in my this case.

Wait till the details of the case filed by your husband is received in due course. Meanwhile you should follow the cases filed by you at Mumbai.
The process may take time but law is pro ladies.
