Sir I was met with accident in 2009,
Now MACT claim has been awarded to him.
initally there was two sec.279,337 was framed against me. But After Doctor witness they have applied 338 also. But as I took the victim to the hospital & spend mony on his treatment. that I have already shown to the jugde and 279, 337 can be cleared but there is some multiple fracture & Now the decision date was given & the same day vicitim father came & shown some photo of the vicitim. Even I have support every time in court hearing.
Kinldy clear me what will be judge decision as per your experience & he is demanding 8 Lakh.
Please advise

If you had valid insurance policy and valid driving license on the date of accident then you don't have to worry because insurance co., will liable to pay the compensation to the victim

If the vehicle was insured and you were having valid driving license at the time of the accident then nothing to worry as the burden shall shift to the insurance company but in criminal case, the decision depends upon the evidence which cannot be anticipated by us without going through your case file.
