Need help on name to apply passport formalities seeking guidance

AS I AM HAVING MY NAME IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS "JAYARAM RAJA ALIAS SANTHOSHKUMAR",
AND ALL CERTICATES SUCH AS MARKSHEET DEGREE CERTIFICATE,TC,VOTERS,DL AS "JAYARAM ALIAS SANTHOSHKUMAR" SOME AGENTS WERE SAYING IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ENROLL THE NAME AS FULL EITHER YOU CAN SELECT JAYARAM OR SANTHOSHKUMAR TO PUT UPON IN PASSPORT SOME ONE SAYING GO AND CHANGE NAME IN ALL DOCUMENT AS SAME IN BIRTH CERTICATE ELSE CHANGE YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS NAME IN SAME AS OTHER DOCUMENTS I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO PLS GIVE ME GUIDANCE AND I GOT AN OPPORTUNITY OF OVERSEAS WITH MY FRIENDS REFERENCE WITHIN 60 DAYS I WANT TO GO FOR GULF I GOT NICE BREAK UP PLS GUIDE ME TO APPLY PASSPORT WITH WHAT NAME IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY WITH FULL NAME"JAYARAM ALIAS SANTHOSHKUMAR" OR I WANT TO CHANGE MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE ANY THING ELSE SEEKING YOUR EXPERT GUIDANCE

visit passport office for necessary guidance in the matter . make application with name as reflected in your birth certificate and school leaving certificate . in case any objection raised by passport office act accordingly .

Contact the Passport office and don't believe blindly what the brokers say.
This does not seem to be a major discrepancy and proper guidance can be received from passport office.

Yes there will be some provision to shorten the name in the passport, if the lengthy name is not fitting into the appropriate columns meant to be fed to the computer.Better contact the passport office directly instead of going through an agent or tout.
