The matter is sub-judice. You will have to wait till the matter is disposed off by the court or ask for cancellation of auction and seek refund of the amount paid by you.

Anirudh (Expert) 12 January 2014
Just because you are a highest bidder is not a big thing. What is now the question, whether there is anybody else who has claim to the property. The Court has to first decide that question. Therefore you have to wait for the outcome of that decision.

The court cannot work for your convenience and urgency.

Properly advised by Mr. Anirudh.

Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 13 January 2014
You have every right to approach the High court. As the auction is over, even if there is any other petition, they have to set aside the auction, by a separate legal proceedings.

The ought to give the sale letter, if not approach the high court.
