Nhai compensation.

Dear Sir,

My agriculture land acquired by NHAI for expansion of National Highway from two lane to 4/6 Lane. The Notification was made in the month of Oct 2012 and recently they were paid compensation as per Market Value(Govt. Value). Whether New Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Act 2013 applies for this will I get four times compensation as they mentioned in the Bill.

new land acquisition act would not apply as your land has already been acquired and you have already received compensation
