Last name change

Hi,
This is Suneetha married 12 years ago and now I'm planing to change my last name .
I have a property registered around 7 years ago (after marriage only) with my maiden last name.

1.changing the name in all like passport,pan,adhar with marrige certificate is enough or do I need to follow other method.
2.will there be any problem with the property if I change my last name from maidens to husbands.

There is no problem.

If you want to rectify the name in registration document, rectify it with an affidavit of such purpose.

This is not a repeated query,this time I'm asking for procedure and things to be done.
Does execute AFF means executing affidavit.
