Issue notices top concerned bank to show correct picture. No credit

Take the clearance from the concerned Banks and write to the CIBIL. Also take up the matter through concerned Banks to get the matter settled with the CIBIL.

If your Bank agrees, you may submit the copy of clearance to this Bank and get the loan sanctioned.

Issue a Legal notice to the Chairman of the Bank for falsely including in CIBIL's Defaulter list.Things would act fast

thank you so much for all your valuable replys. my uncles lawyer sent a legal notice to CIBIL and the concerned bank authorities.

Notice to CIBIL has no relevance, as CIBIL generates its credit rating based only on the default reporting made by the banks or feedback given by the debtor about his loans credit cards, who seeks the credit report. Your uncle or his lawyer can hold only the bank guilty and not the CIBIL.
