Registration after satbara

My father purchase land in 1981 made kharedikhat, but he did not register in satbara so what is the procedure for enrollment of satbara

If You mean by expression 'kharedikhat' a sale deed then you need to tell about if that 'kharedikhat' was registered with subregistrar of jurisdiction.

And expression 'satbara' is confusing as in some geographies of india it refers to a 'caste' hence explain it more!

Truely speaking, your father cannot get the registered sale deed executed at such belated stage if there was specific date for that purpose but if no date was mentioned and the deed had to be executed at will then issue notice to seller and get the sale-deed executed and registered.
