Dear sir,
I have case pending with my opposite party Sagayaraj in madurai high court.
Sagayaraj is started with illigally prepared will and district court is rejected his will..
Now Sagayaraj is gone for 2nd appel in madurai high court.
In this case itself, will we move proceed to apply for commision to survey my land?
becasuse my oppsoite party is not co opearte with me to survey the land. I mean what he prepared illigal will survey number is different and my survey number different.

Dear Advocates,
My local advocate is busy with other work... so i m not able to clarify my below doubts/suggestions... also i could not change advocate as already i paid case fees..
My below query i already asked to you... but I'm not clear with some points...
Below query is--
I'm done with District court,Dindigul,tamil nadu and got judgement 80% favour to me...
My opposite party has come to 2nd appeal in madurai high court...but my opposite party sold the land to third party... now third party is fighting with me...we informed third party that already madurai court 2nd appeal is pending... but we could not stop the construction using Police help...
Please let me know the correct way,,,
1) can i proceed for commision to measure land from madurai high court linked with 2nd appeal? is there any possiblity my opposite party to stop this high court commision when court commision coming to my land to measure my survey number?
bez munsif court my opposite party got judgement.
but after that my opposite party WILL is illigal-district court judgement said and cancelled munsif court judgement.
2) is there possibility to cancel that illigal registration in register office with help of madurai high court with link of 2nd appeal?
3) what are all the steps to follow to get criminal direction from madurai high court using 2nd appeal?

also, I have injection suit pending in district court past one year... I'm totally confused with many things... who can help me to check my document clearly..and suggest /guide correctly...i can send my doc thru courier..also i can depostite fees to ur account
