How to get case under rti

(Querist) 30 November 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts
I have a case filed in the Bombay High Court.Last hearing was more than 2 months back when the judge announced that date of next hearing will be computer generated. We have not got any hearing so far.We feel its some foul play going on by the opponents and our lawyer is also not trying hard to get a date. Can you please suggest me what can be done to know what is actually going on and why are we not getting the date for hearing.I was suggested by someone to get the matter under RTI . In case we have to do that please tell me the procedure of getting the case under RTI
Thanks

Sometimes judges reserve case for orders without giving any specific dates.Get to know what really happened in last hearing from your lawyer.

In the last hearing we had submitthed 3 affidavits and the opponents had to reply back and arguements had to be there.

Some Judges do not mind ,in between time of calling cases as per cause list, the advocates to raise some minor points like unable to be present when the case was called etc.
Consult your advocate the type of the judge and ask him to post your query.
