my name shruti.. n maine apne pati par dv ka case dala hai.. but now mai uski income proof nahi kar pa rahi.. what can i do.. pls reference me... he doing home tution work.

Collect evidence such such details and photograph of students, copy of attendance register, fees collection accounts (dairy) etc. etc.

In such cases the gathering of acceptable proof is problem. You can take the services of private detective or if possible can get the support of his colleague who is helping him.

Self help is the advise in such situation.
