R/sir,
Thanks to all for proper guidance.
I have come with new curie that, during cross examination of my wife in 498 case Ho`ble trial court suggest her that, you are lying & don’t ruined your matrimonial life, try to cohabit with me, then after compromise she come with me, stayed that night & left me in the morning went to her paternal home, & after 4 days filed a complaint at my jurisdiction that she was raped by me with the help of mother & sister. But police said that you did medical at your home town & that certificate revels minor injury, how could we trust on u r contention that these injuries made by me & not by her or her parents to harass me, as well my home is just near to police station why u did not come directly to police station on same day. Then she went to commissioner, further N.C. was logged under IPC 323,325 & 34. Later she filed a purses in 498 case alleged rape and also filed a private complaint in the same court & orally allied that because that Judge she went with me & she was raped by me. Hence that court order under crpc 202, & did not trial further in any case till his transfer.
I filled a application under crpc 311 for recross of her, & submit a citation Natasha Singh Vs CBI (State) Cri. Appeal No.709/2013 (Arising out of SLP (Cri.) 3271 of 2013). But new judge reject my application by holding that, I had got an opportunity to cross her on that day.
Now my question is that
1)whether I suggest question & contradiction related to 498 case in that private case, because I don’t want to get delay in criminal proceeding by doing appeal because, I have concrete government documentary evidence that to achieve her goals she filed Fake cases & that she was pre planed.
2)Contradictory Ex documents In civil court to be filled in this case if did not give any suggestion in criminal proceeding.
3) May I suggest question to her witness regarding her contradiction and conduct?
4)And most important is that at which stage in civil or criminal proceeding I make application for production of documents from government agencies Like Social welfare Dept., Director of Higher Education, Chancellor of Universities, Govt. Of Maharashtra, the application made to respective agencies she coat she marital status as UNMARRIED, as well for seeking admission to Bed & LLB she filed this Fake cases. And in crpc 125 case she admitted these educations and some other suggestion like Unmarried etc, hence her application in crpc 125 dully rejected as well my divorce also grant on merits.

sir in connection to above query I consult with a senior advocate who's practice is about 37 years, he assured me that, his lacuna will be full filed by another witness, & in private case she will definitely defeated. bcs we have lots of documentary evidence. he resolve me query. & show me rules belong to evidence act which may apply to my case. thank you 2 all for proper guidence.
