Since the matter is pendinhg before the courts, I consulted my lawyer he advise me not to attend as there could be fur5ther implaications as girl father is influentail perosn at area..Please advise what should I do?
I have already send the e-,mail to the Police office and I ahve send the letter by speed post informing about the case..Is this sufficient?? Whether police can arrest me if I don't attend their office...I am already on the regular bail given by the court

U Need not visit to DSP office unless there is a condition by the court to attend before DSP OFFICE.U can take harassment of DSP to high court by filing writ.

Please advise what should I do?

Ans : Without knowing the background none can advise successfully in such short time. you are taking vague what matter is pending in JIMC court what in High Court and what in Supreme court?

I have already send the e-,mail to the Police office and I ahve send the letter by speed post informing about the case..Is this sufficient??

Ans : Without seeing what order and and what e-mail is sent what advise you can expect in short time.

Whether police can arrest me if I don't attend their office...I am already on the regular bail given by the court

Ans : You are not disclosing terms of bail? This bail is in the same case in which you got order sheet. you are also not disclosing if the court giving you bail and court giving you this direction is the same one and in same matter.

Soory, I could not disclose properly..What happens my sister in law file the 498-A we wer granted A.B and then regular bail..( No condition were there)..Trail is goin on..Then she filed the 125 Crpc and then complaint under DV act..During DV proceedings she has named only my brother as respondent but when notices were issued threough court we ( my parents and I ) were also made respondent..I made complaint to the DGP for wrongly arrayaed as respondent..I challenged the summoning order of magisrate before H.C which was dismiised and then I filed the SLP before the supreme court..The police has filed the Chargesheet which I too challenged before the High Court and notcices were issued to the Police....My counsel has asked about the summon/hukumanama issued from DSP which he was informed that this is issued in response to my complaint to DGP..and was marked to the differnt DSP ( probabaly he is not awre about the court cases)..The area is very remote I afraid of going there as prevaiously I too filed the RTI Application in which the state commsisson has imposed major penalty on them..I afraid of life and liberty..Please help...

You need not worry to attend the office of DSP. It shall be better not to attend his office alone rather bring your lawyer with you and one more relative or friend.
