Legal advice for ipc 323 and 504

Respected Sir,
With due respect i need a legal advice for my given problem.
Sir, My friend had lodged a complain against me and my three friends 14 years ago during our school day. NCR 323 and 504 was registered in police station and charge sheet has been submitted in the District Court.Recently we got summon from court.All of us got bail from court but charge sheet is not received so far.
My friend(Plaintiff) and all my friends including me are now v good friend and residing in different states.We do not want any litigation and prosecution or trial in court.
We consulted with some lawyers but they are suggesting very lengthy process.
Sir pl guide us ,what should we do for closing this case.
Can this case be closed by using affidavit?

By the permission of the court file compounding application from compliment's side to withdraw the case! But local lawyer's help and court copration is must!

In both sections 323 and 504 IPC, there is a provision of fine, you may get release by pay fine.
contact nearest lawyer and proceed the matter .

I wonder Chargesheet not filed for last 14 years!!
ask Discharge.
Case will be dismissed for want of prosecution. As Comp will not come.

Chargsheet has been submitted to court by police.but we have not taken charge so far because other three accused have not taken bail.only I have taken bail.i m going to court on every date.i applied to seperate my file but court again sent warrant to other three accused.
