Saving of land from third party !

Dear Experts of the forum,

In my wife case; in a partition suit with her brother, we got an Injunction order from the Supreme Court of India{against number of properties/Sy. Nos}.

Part of One Sy.no 'X'( which is under Injunction order covered by SC of India) is claimed by third party, saying this land is part of their Sy. No 'Y'; which was proved wrong by AD, of Survey & Land Records, after the survey done by them.

The third party is alienating this property by showing this land is part of his Sy. No 'Y'. What should we do {my wife brother is not co-operating with us}.

Please give me your Valuable opinion/Solution, in regards to the action to be taken.

Send a legal notice to the third party saying that "it is my property and it has been approved by the AD, Survey & Land records dept, I came to know you are trying to sell my property to somebody, if you proceed, I have to file criminal case against you". Inspite of that he proceeds with the same, file a police complaint before the local PS, if police refuses to take complaint, file private complaint before the concerned Magistrate. This the cheapest method.

In addition to that, you can also file civil case against the third party and you have to take interim injunction not to alienate the property to anybody.
