ARM LICENSE

How The Arm Licence be applied by the ordinary man and what are the annexures and relevant documents and procedure have to be fulfilled for getting license? What are the fee structure , time and conditions for that ?

Sir,
You will have to file an application before the dist., superintendent of police. YOu have to show the necessity for having the license there must be threat to life etc., or some serious evidences should be shown to have the necessary of arms license.
After issuing the arms license they will issue permission to purchase the arms from the govt., factory only.
Dont have much idea regarding the fee and other conditions.

So far as fee structure is concerned, it is state to state different. Rest of the opion given above by Rajeev is perfect.
