If BPO is not the kind of employment you were looking for then you should not have joined BPO.

Employee should always choose trade, employment wisely and should work for reasonable period of time.

What else can you expect from employer when you quit after 2 days.

If the appointment letter has not been issued to you and does not contain any clause on service agreement/bond………………..and if you have not signed acceptance on any separate service agreement/bond then no such agreement/bond should apply to you.

If the appointment letter has not been issued to you then any clause on notice period/pay should also not apply.

If this company issues any notice in writing, you may show job advertisement, interview call letter, job application, selection letter, offer letter, appointment letter, bond/service agreement if any signed by you, and all other communications you have exchanged with company to a competent and experienced labor consultant/service lawyer specializing in such mater and give inputs in person, and proceed under expert advice of your lawyer. .
