Revenue department case

(Querist) 30 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
dear sir i have a land of six acres of land
in karnataka. for change of rtc. assistant commissioner of revenue department as pass an order for 79a and 79b.
but i have giving all the documents as income papers and rtc of 1973.but still order as passed for fresh inquiry. but one of my friends
say if you fill a appeal in KAT BANGALORE.
IT WILL TAKE A AT LEAST THREE YEARS.
so can i fill a wp petition in the high court of karnataka and i want a advocate in bangalore. or take a fresh notice from the ac court to and to file a wp in high court of karnataka to speed up the matter in ac court

You cannot file a WP. You have to approach the KAT. For further consultation about 79A and 79B you can call me.

The remedy of appeal is available if you are not satisfied with the order passed by revenue officer. Writ petition is not maintainable in the given case.
