I have appointed lawyer for FIR against me in 2013. I have got bail from court and ending the trail in favour of me. but my lawyer said that I will quash the fir in highcourt and taken the fees with me. but he has'nt done and saying that I have used for bribing the police officer. he also denying the bail amount how he had paid while taking the bail.
I have captured all these telling in mobile video which he is much aware of it.
so how can get my money which I have paid to him. put a complaint in the bar council.

send legal notice to him to refund ur payment.

Issue legal notice and if no result is found then only make complaint under section 35 of Advocates Act, 1961 before bar Council of Karnatka.
