Registering a new firm in maharashtra

Hi,

I want to register a new firm in Maharashta. The place at which i want to open it, is in the name of my grandfather.

However, my grandfather and father are no more and their are some more firms (of my uncles are registered).

What can i do to register the same and what all documents will be required to registered?

Also, can the process be completed online?

You can start your firm in the share of your father's in the property.
