Help for wife ?????

as per earlier query that was for my friend who married last year and now he want divorce due to her family interference.
Actually eariler he told me the short story but truth is given below
query is that:
1. his in-laws have given him 25 lakhs cash. now whether he has to return that or not as he don't want to return money. so in mahila mandal counselling given that girl family has not given a single penny. now he is afraid that if they will show that they have given such amount that whether he has to return that or not?

2. his lawyer saying that there is no money recovery as 25 lakh is large amount still court decide. also as they means girls family have given no other things but given cash to make things themselves to boys family on demand of boys family.

3. please suggest also if girl don't give divorce as she is not ready to divorce then can she enter to her matrimonial home and claim matrimonial home property.

4. he is engineer and earning 1.5 lakhs per month.. and don't want to give maintenance to her. how can he save himself from giving maintenance to her although she is engineer but not earning.

5. also he is afraid that if they put DV case then whether her family also be included in that although they were living separately in delhi and parents residing in punjab.

6. they get arrested or not and for how many days??

although i know that girl she is very good and also tried with my friend to sort out. but he is not ready and from inside i want to know this for that girl so that what my friend making planning against her i can advice her.. because i know my friend and her family is really doing bad. they have taken 25 lakhs and now saying not even a single penny.. really just because of these peoples everybody sufferring.. i hope that may GOD help that girl.. seriously just because of these peoples all boys are sufferring.

please advice...
