What is amount of gift deed in pune maharashtra for flat

Hi, I am in Pune, Maharashtra want gift a flat our flat (owned by both me and my brother) to my brother.
1) What will be my stamp duty for Gift Deed?
2) on which value stamp duty applicable.(on actual amount of flat which is noted on Agreement while purchasing flat?)
3) Is there any other way to release of ownership on flat so that my brother have only ownership?

You can relinquish the property in favour of your brother instead of gifting as a token stamp duty is required in that process.
