Possession of the property

Dear Expert,
After doing survey of my property at village we found that one plot of 1 hector exists in my papa's name but that property is used and enjoyed by others since many years, after gathering necessary information its been found that there are no liabilities on us towards that plot then how to get back the plot by legal ways.
Your valuable advice will be truly appreciated.

If the plot is vacant then get start ploughing they shall come forward and matter may go before police,documentary evidence of title is with you,they with no papers of possession would feel helpless in defending themselves and matter shall get finalised and if it does not then you need to file a suit of possession.If their possession is being going on recorded in revenue record then the trick told would not terminate in your favor and you need to file suit directly.
