No association is formed in an apartment. Is it sufficient if POA is registered in the name of one of the residents, to enable him/her to attend to consumer case? Pls reply. Quite urgent. Thanks in advance.

yes. any one of the office bearer of the unregistered association of common interested ppl can provide their POA in favour of either of them to attend the complaint pending before consumer forum.
