Decleration of asset by Judges

Is the act of Disclosing their Assets Publically by some of the judges is Justified When Such A matter has created disputes in the country and the matter has been getting some luke warm responses.

it is the need of hour to check the increasing incidents of corruption among judges at all level hence this act can be an instrument to check to some extent this problem so I support this bill.

i agree with Mr.Makkad, due to increase corruption in judiciary, it has become the need of the hour. it is high time that the civil servants including judicail officials disclose the assets to public cos before joining service their position is different and after joining the position radically changes. to put a check on this, i feel this is a welcome gesture.

It is very important to have a proper look over the judiciary, due to increase corruption in judiciary it becomes very essential to take such steps.
