respected sir iam naresh from hyderabad.
i have a dought on unregisterd will deed issues .witness persons are Beneficiary persons are same .is it ok.or any problam.iam purchasing a property through will deed .any advise on this issues.

If the WILL is granted by the competent court of law and appeal period is barred by limitation then you can proceed.You should also look after the name of owner as per WILL has been muted in Municipality/Corporation Holding and Revenue Department Records as the case may be.Please note that before buying property you should also search the records of Sub-Registrar office.

If both the beneficiaries are attesting witnesses then the Will is shrouded with doubt. Do not go for it.

Confirm whether the will has been probated, property has been mutated as per will in the record.
Agree that there are ample grounds of doubt,extra care is needed in such property.
