Trademark agent

Hello Sir / Mam,

I recently cleared CS professional exam by dec-2012 and now i want to became a trademark agent, can i do so?, if yes then how?, and addition to that i also would like to work with a lawyer who deal in IPR matter.

It shall be better for you to go through the official site of Trademark registry for this purpose.

You have to pass an examination for trade mark agent conducted for different Zones in the country. find out your zone as advised above.
