Gpa issue

(Querist) 16 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
Gud afternoon experts,

my query is related to GPA issue. my mother has one sister and one brother. her brother took GPA on the lands of their father, after his death. their father died without any will. now using this GPA he made numerous registrations among his family members.

now the query is after their fathers death, his wife should acquire the right on the lands as there is no will. who the hell my mother and her sister to give GPA on the lands which they dont own??

pls clarify me, if we go to court on this issue we can succeed or not?

The GPA issued by the mother and her sister will have no value if the wife of father is alive
Better to approach the court at the earliest to prevent further damage

thanks for your reply sir,

GPA issued in the year 1994,

wife died in the year 1996.

transactions were made by my uncle during the periods 2008-2010.

pls help me in knowing whether the transactions made between 2008-2010 by my uncle with GPA as a base will be valid?

The dealings are all unlawful. Challenge the transfers in the court of law. The transfer would be set aside.

Documents are illegal. Challenge the transactions in the court before limitation period ends
