Can the prayer clause in a interlocutory application for temporary injunction be same as prayer clause in a plaint for permanent injunction?
eg. Therefore it is prayed before this Honourable Court that it may be pleased to pass an interim order of temporary injunction against the respondent not to interrupt in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner till the disposal of the suit
Therefore it is prayed before this Honourable Court that it may be pleased to pass an decree and judgement of permanent injunction against the defendant not to interrupt in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaintiff permanently
