Please Find attached Draft Of Special Power Of attorney.

I need to get the same registered at hyderabad sub registrar.

Please give me your expert opinion whether the same can be registered or not.

Divyesh! It is highly dangerous to just depend upon online advice. Better to take help of local lawyer for finalization of the clauses of the SPA.
