It shall be better to finally fix your signature which may not be forged by anyone.

Your signature in your department can differ with the specimen signatures recorded in the Bank. Hence you can maintain two different signatures - one is for signing the papers relating to your employment and the other is a signature that is given to the Bank for operation of your account. There is no problem at all. Only practical problem is i you maintain two different signatures, if erroneously you sign the cheques or withdrawal forms with the routine signature which is not recorded in the bank, there is possibility of return of cheques. If you are confident that you can remember the difficult signature recorded in the bank account, there are no issues.

Alternatively you can change your signature permanently in your employment record.

You may maintain as many as signature, provided you are able to remember which signature you use for signing acquittance for receiving your salary, banking transactions, important documents, and other common documents, etc.

Better make practice to develop a good and complex signature that may not be easy for others to copy. A common, but good signature would be better to remember any time and all the times. You can even use your signature with full name, which would always be in your usual handwriting style that is not normally easy to be copied.
