Build a house on purchased land in west bengal (asansol area)

Respected Sirs,
I have a land (open plot) in west bengal (Near Asansol). I want to build a house on this plot for own. You all experts are requested to please provide the guidelines on all legal & commercial procedures requires for construction of house (i.e, house plan, permits, builder/contractor, construction loan etc.)

consult a architect . get plans sanctioned by muncipal corporation . get agreements with builder drafted by a lawyer

The job you told do not come within the ambit of legal experts rather either civil engineers or the architects are concerned with those issues so ring the proper bell.
