Minnimum work hours in private hospital

Hello sir,

My wife is working in a hospital as a nurse from 4 years.she is working 18hrs for a day for 5000/- of salary.They are saying "if u need job you have to work 18hrs if not u can leave this job.

Sir if you plz tell me the minimum working hours act then i will make a complaint in labour office.

There is maximum nine hours in a day and 48 hours in week.

Your wife is being meted out with cruelty what to talk of providing human treatment. Such harsh duty especially in hospitals for such meager salary is an exploitation. You wife should raise her voice before Labour Inspector of the area.
