Name of person can be deleted from revenue records

A person with his all family is continously recorded as a owner of a land from the time of ancestors 1908 case filed in 1990 continously dissmissed because Jamabandi - Khasra girdawari- naksha be -mutations -other revenue records not presented before court Ever against ASI . court concurrent finding he is not the owner . contrary to the records .-- whether his name will be deleted from the revenue records ?

The court should give directions to the Revenue authorities to delete the name of the person.

It is the duty of the person who seeks title declaration should prove his title.

case is not for title declaration it was for perpetual injunction but court exeeded its power and enter into the matter of title itself

One is wrong Who says court exceeded jurisdiction.

In a suit of perpetual injunction ,the court has power to enter into title enquiry whether or not relief of declaration of title was sought for by the plaintiff.

Dhiru! You have also raised the similar query in changed words. If ASI has taken possession of an individual land then such person is liable to show his ownership of the land in which he has miserably failed for the reasons best known to him or you. Anyway, clearly tel us the current position of the ongoing litigation so that you may be advised how the Fard Jamabandi, Khasra Girdawri, Naksha Mouka , Nehri Girdawri, Raseed abiyana, if any, may be submitted before the courts.

no hiding dismissed in RSA , documents attached in suit are Jamabandi and khasra girdawari but not been proved at the time of evidence . my father was a posthoumous child so ownership transfer at the age of 10 months but at the time of filing appeal in trail court age was mistakenly mention 2 years less in the affidavit . that affidavit became the main reason both the times in trail and RSA. it is accepted in trail that person could be some one else
. i now have all document chain from 100 years jamabandi form 1908 to till day, khara girdavari, naksha Be, notices u/s 9 and 10 Sent by Acquision collector, mutations, RTI from DDA, MCD, ASI, L&B, SDM, ADM, but where and how will i submit .
