what can we do about father forcing his daughter age 23 to marry another person against her will by applying mental tourcher and anger against her and what solution is their to take action against the ill and bad practice of the father forcing her to marry is it possible to file a case directly to court please give me solution

Since she is major nobody can force her to do any acts against her wish She can take police protection or she can approach high court for relief

Such girl cannot be forced to marry with a particular person but it is better to resolve the matter within family and if no solution arises, take help of Protection officer and anyone can make complaint to PO on her behalf.
