You have to approach the Municipal authorities (especially building plan approval office etc.) and find out.

It seems you want to do all Professional jobs, of Advocate in Family court to Architect to builder to what not::

So better to be master of one, than jack of all;

Hire Professionals , as u too r profenl

*Shroff! Why should we raise question mark over the capabilities of a querist? One may be master of many fields.

Dear Experts,
Thanks for providing the information.

Respected and Dear Shroff Sir,

In a daily news paper under question and answer colum, one builder told that
To some extent there is no need to get approval from Municipality and Corporation as per the act, I have studied that, but i for got and mised the news paper cutting.

so i asked the information here. but you have thought that i want to do all professional jobs.

second the advocate of family court matter
I had a doubt
is it possible to appear of own, I do not know about the family law.
In some cases the party can appear in person i heared about that for ex: in Consumer Court proceedings.
So i asked my doubt from experts you. if a student has doubt ,he can only ask clarification from his professors or seniors,
though i am not a law student but i have some interest in law. so i am asking doubts and clarifications from the experienced experts here.
At last i am requesting you that i do not have intention to do all professional jobs, but i have an intention that to know the information about the matter particularly in law, whether i am using that in my life or not.
Please kindly excuse me if i asked any thing wrong in the view of you.

Thanks and regards for your suggestions and advice
regards
gopal

Any person can appear in person in family court for persuing his own case without engaging a lawyer.
