My mother and we 5 children jointly holds the constructed property which belongs to my father who is no more with us and as not prepared any will.
Now My mother,my 2 sisters & 2 brothers wishes to sell the property to me in consideration.
Kindly advice me what form of deed is best in this situation and the mode and format of the same
Please let me know if we proceed with release deed with consideration ,will i have the right to sell/re- constuct the property in future.
Please reply at the earliest

It shall be better to get registered gift deed before the court of registrar which fetches lesser stamp duty. You can thereafter can sale your property as per your sweet desire.
