Respected all,

Trial court has rejected the Applications of u/s 340 CrPC after dragging the matter for one complete year.

where I can appeal in session Court or In Hon. High Court with u/s 341 CrPC.

In how many days I can made appeal ?

Urgent need of Guidance being a victim.
