Co-operative housing society

Can Co-operative Housing Society ask its member to vacate the flat if the recovery agents of the bank have created a nuisance in the society for the recovery of the dues from that same society member? if such notice is issued by the society to its member to vacate the flat what legal remedies are available ? Where to complain against such incidents ?

reply to legal notice issued by society that you have paid all society dues . no arrears of maintenance as on date . no case for vacation is made out .

Society cannot do so. make a complaint to the registrar.

Society cannot do so. make a complaint to the registrar and also to police authorities of the area as residing in the flat has no concern with the noise of collection agents of the banker..
