I already file case against him mention all details of his payment salary and emi of loan. $ date is given by court he was not present. Still i am not face or talk with judge as my lawer said when he come then only i can talk with judge . is it true. He send me notice by Purush Haq Samitee. What i do

when you engage a lawyer he represents you . only when Judge asks you a question you have to reply . if your husband remains continously absent court will award you interim maintenance after considering his salary etc

Talking with judge is not required rather when you husband shall appear then the court shall fix a date for reconciliation and on that day you can tell your case as much time as you like. So far as the fate of the notice sent by you husband is concerned, ignore it as that notice has not force of law.
