Q) if in supreme court in mediation centre if no conclusion is made what will be next course of action by court particularly in matrimonial cases?

How much time is taken in mediation center in matrimonial cases?

The case shall be decided on merits and generally one or two meetings of the couple are arranged for the purpose of reconciliation.

Obviously when parties are at issues and have
failed to arrive at a consensus even after help of mediators then the court would have no option but to proceed with the cause to try and decide it on merit,yet there is never late to come back home,and parties can arrive at a compromise of their own any time before the verdict of the court.

If you don't attend the conciliation even then SC has proceed on merits.

Councillors report is either +ve or -ve.
No detailed report.
On megative report, court will go ahead
On +ve report, consent terms are drawn, , & court orders accordingly, & matter end there.

Husband is not bound to accept those conditions. The amicable solution means the full acceptance of both the parties. You cannot be forced to accept unacceptable conditions.

Q)does mediator send report to court?does that report is detailed favouring wife /husband.moreover my wife has filed transfer of my divorce petiton from jand k to punjab in s.c.does all cases are sent to mediator center? is this good for ? can court order for mutual consent divorce
