4th floor

Hi
i just want to ask govt has now allowed 4 builder floors with maximum height limit of 15 meters.I've a 3rd floor with roof rights can i build a 4th floor on my roof within 15 meters limit if yes am i allowed to sell them separately or i've to sell them together.

your plans have to be snactioned by the muncipal corporation . only after plans are sanctioned can you carry out any construction. you will need services of an architect for said purpose

You are duly authorized to do the needful as per your convenience but you have to make construction by getting sanctioned plan.
