conversion of agricultural land

hey guys I have agricultural proprety in Raigad district(Maharashtra) near kashid beach. I want to convert this into tourism land to open a resort. please can you guys guide me with the legal procedures.....

It is the Reveneu Authorities to approve the land as Non- Agricultural land .

Transfer of land purpose is in power of district revenue authority so u contact local lawyer.

Mr. author! You have asked legal procedure for changing your agricultural land into non-agricultural land. In this regard I want to submit that each of the State has its own rules for Change of Land Use (CLU). Generally it is done at State level. it will be appropriate to contact District Industrial Corporation/Revenue authorities of ur area for concrete procedure in ur matter.
