Sir,
Whether there are any judicial judgements given by Honourable courts regarding the redevelopment of the old buildings based on the search report of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation , where the report mentions that the infrastructure of the Buildings are too Weak...???
If yes, than
Whether the members of the society, relying on such Judgement given by honourable Courts and without concent of all the members of the society pass a tender giving a contract to Builder for Building a 10 Multistoried building against the current 3 floored building…??
Whether Society Committee can File a writ petition in High Court against the Members who are against the decision taken by the Society of building a 10 multistoried building instead of 3 floored building..???
Whether the members who are against the decision taken by the Society committee have any remedy against it…???

check the provisions of cooperative societes act of your state . if majority of members are in favour of redevelopment the society can go in for redevlopment .
if any member is aggreived that procedure laid down in cooperative society act has not been followed then he can move court for an injunction restraining society from going in for redevelopment
