Yes, I agree...........

Dear Mahendra Kumar
literal meaning of proxy is authorisation given to a substitute or deputy. Means A lawyer can authorise his/her any one lawyer friend or junior to attend the matter in which he/she is appointed by his/her client.
Thanks

Thanks dear Ajith Kumar Pathak.Eventhough,I am not an advocate,as part of social commitment to society,my activities involve creating consumer awareness among local people, who are not educated like most of us.

In my humble level,I do help in running consumer cases at various forums too.

only at NCDRC level,I have seen it specifically that no proxy counsels allowed. Does it mean that dear Mr.Ajith Kumar Pathak, every where else it is allowed?if time permit, little more guidance on the subject would be highly appreciated.

No body is compelling for your answers Mr.Barman and Mr. Shroff.

I am also a member in the expert panel.I have guided many people out of the knowledge gained from many including both of you too.

if you are not willing to guide in such queries, dont guide,no problem.
