Road to my home in a pastoral land where a temple is situated

Dear Sir,
I am from Orissa.My home is adjacent to a temple.I have no other roads to go to my home except through the campus of a temple which is built over a pasture land (Land meant for cattle grazing).The temple does not have any trust. But some people of my village obstructing me to use the road.Can a road be built and sanctioned by the government? Can I be deprived of going to my home using this only access? Please help me with suitable judgments.

Out of this long user of the road you have established easementary rights over this road. So for using it peacefully file a suit for declaration and injunction.
