What if petitioner omits to traverse the counter allegations of respondent?

(Querist) 27 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
What if petitioner omits to traverse (causes the non-traverse) the counter allegations of respondent?

Are respondent's counter-allegations, which set up as a defense (there is no counter-claim), deemed to be admitted owing to non-traverse of counter-allegations by the Petitioner?

What is the provision in law?

In Writ proceeding the provisions of CPC is not strictly followed.
So focus of final hearing. You are pondering over trivialities.
