Writ restoration

i had filed a writ in the year 2011, was dismissed due to advocates was not attended final hearing, can writ restored and what time is taken for restoration of same writ. please help me.

If the Writ gets dismissed for default due to
absence of the parties then it can surely be restored by filining Miscellaneous Application. However in your case it was made long ago and no explanation may be satisfactory enough to explain the delay in filing the restoration petition.

writ was filed under 226 under 14 was dismissed due to absense of parties. ca filed immidiatly within 2 days, what period is required for restoration. ( Writ is was for seniority purpose) resp. party has declared new provisional seniority list can i file another writ on the same and it is allowed?
